The FLC real estate group opened a safari park in Quy Nhon city in the central province of Binh Dinh on March 25.

Covering 38.5 hectares at the FLC Quy Nhon eco-resort complex, the semi-wild park, home to more than 1,000 animal individuals, serves as a biodiversity conservation facility.

It began receiving visitors from March 26.

The recent launch of the five-star FLC eco-resort complex has helped Binh Dinh attract 3.2 million tourists in 2016, a year-on-year increase of 23%, according to Vice Chairwoman of the group’s Board of Management Huong Tran Kieu Dung.

The complex covers 1,300 hectares and has a total investment of VND7 trillion (US$311 million).

It houses a 36-hole golf course, a 1,500-room five-star hotel, a 1,500-seat international convention centre, a marine eco-tourism area, and a wildlife park, among others.

In 2016, the FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort was awarded with the “Best Hotel Architectural Design” by Vietnam Property Award and the “Best Course in Asia-Pacific” by Asia Golf Award.
