The Ministry of Information and Communications recently announced Vietnam ICT Index 2018.

Danang City was followed by Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the ratings for the 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

In terms of ministries, ministry-level agencies and the government’s agencies, the Ministry of Finance ranks the first, followed by Vietnam Social Insurance, the State Bank of Vietnam and the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Meanwhile, Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Government Inspectorate have the lowest score in the list.

Vietnam ICT Index was officially launched in 2005, including more than 100 criteria to assess the readiness and application of information and communications technology development.
