Vietnam call up 26 players ahead of SEA Games 30
A total of 26 players have received call ups to the Vietnamese men’s U22 national football team ahead of the 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 30) which is set to take place later this year.
Of the squad, 15 have previously received call ups.
The squad announcement represents the second time that head coach Park Hang-seo has called players up for a training camp ahead of the competition.
The number of players in the team will be cut down at a later date with the official squad for the tournament being announced later this year.
Vietnam’s U22s will take part in a training camp at the Promotion Fund for Vietnamese Football Talent (PVF) Football Training Centre in the northern province of Hung Yen from July 22 to July 24.
The camp will conclude with a friendly match against Viettel FC on July 24.
