Cold spell to bring rains to northern region
The National Centre for Hydrometeorology Forecasting has announced that a cold spell is moving southward and will reach the northern provinces of Vietnam on November 13.
Due to the cold spell, the northern region will have rains on November 13 and the morning of November 14. Some areas may have torrential rains. Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will have rains from November 14. The northern region will still be cold at night and early morning.
Strong winds are warned in the Gulf of Tonkin and the northern area of the East Sea
