350 Vietnamese citizens return from Australia

350 Vietnamese citizens from Australia have just been brought home on a repatriation flight which landed at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport on the evening of July 13.

The flight was arranged by the authorities of the two countries and the national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines.

The passengers included children, the elderly, pregnant women and those with visa problems. All the passengers and the flight crew members were given health check-ups upon landing before being quarantined in accordance with current regulations.

Under the Prime Minister’s instruction, Vietnamese authorities and representative offices abroad will continue conducting more flights to bring Vietnamese citizens home in the coming time, based on the citizens’ aspirations and quarantine capacity in localities.
