Oxygen tank explosion kills two, injuries three at Hai Duong firm
An oxygen tank exploded at Lilama 69-3 Company in the northern province of Hai Duong, leaving two dead and three others injured.
Dao Viet Khuay, deputy director of the company located in Tu Ky District, the incident happened at around 3 pm, killing Nguyen Minh Duc, 38, and injuring four others Pham Manh Cuong, 38, Pham Van Chuc, 44, Nguyen Van Ben, 29 and Pham Van Nhat, 37.

At 9 pm on the same day, Pham Van Nhat also died due to serious trauma.
The injured people are staying at Hai Duong General Hospital for the treatment.
Right after the case, the company representatives came to the hospital to visit the victims.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs reported Vietnam saw nearly 8,000 work-related accidents last year, killing 1,039 and injuring more than 8,200.
