According to the Ministry of Health, three of the new patients are Vietnamese people who have just returned to Hanoi from abroad and the last one is related to the Hanoi-based Bach Mai Hospital.

One patient is a 20-year-old man who returned from France on March 17. He showed virus infection symptoms on March 22.
