While the travellers were crossing K’Long K’Lanh Stream on Sunday afternoon, four among them were suddenly swept away by the flood water. Two of them were saved, while two others have remained unaccounted for.

After that, authorities have sent more than 100 people who were arranged into four groups to search for the victims.

The victims are two women, one aged 28 and the other 31, from HCM City.

The rescue work is facing many difficulties due to the high-water level on the stream following torrential rain.
