Gamuda Land Vietnam runs for the heart of Vietnamese children

Gamuda Land Vietnam and Heart Beat Vietnam Fund will co-organise the charity Run for the Heart 2015 in Gamuda City, Yen So Park, Hanoi on December 6 to raise funds for children with congenital heart diseases. 

The event is expected to attract 10,000 people and raise VND1 billion to save the disadvantaged children who are waiting for heart surgeries.

Gamuda Land Vietnam’s Director General Cheong Ho Kuan said the company called on the whole society to join hands to save children with congenital heart diseases. Together with Heart Beat Vietnam Fund, he took pride in organizing the meaningful charity program.

Gamuda Land Vietnam has also received active support and donation from VinaCapital, Tam Hieu, KinderWorld, Love in Farm, Suntory PepsiCo, PVCombank, Moevenpick Hanoi, Metropole, AnMedia, OCB, Kansai Paint, Wooribank, Deloitte, and Tham Wong.

Ms Robin King Austin, VinaCapital CEO was glad to participate in the event and unveiled that over 5,000 children are in the pending list for heart surgeries. She expressed hope that with the involvement of the whole society, the disadvantaged children will be saved with timely intervention.
