A heavy rain yesterday night has seriously flooded many streets in Hanoi, throwing city traffic into chaos on May 25 morning.

The heavy rain broke over the city at midnight and continued until early morning. Hanoi Sewerage and Drainage Company said many streets, including Tran Duy Hung, Doi Can, Van Phu, Nguyen Trai and Thai Ha streets were submerged under centimetres of water.
