HCMC- Performance by Vietnamese-French violinist Stephane Tran Ngoc

A solo performance by Vietnamese-French violinist Stephane Tran Ngoc, who is head of strings at the London College of Music

Ngoc will open the concert with Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi’s masterpiece, The Four Seasons.

He will also perform Latvian composer Peteris Vasks’s Distant Light, a concerto for violin and string orchestra.

His performance will be supported by the HCM City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO) under the lead of veteran conductor Tran Vuong Thach.

Tickets are available at the venue’s box office.

The concept of ‘the self’ forms a recurrent strand throughout history. Reaching back tens of thousands of years into human history, cave paintings and petroglyphs (such as Chauvet Cave, Ardèche Valley, in France), show the roots of our innate desire to understand who we are.
