The flight then left Noi Bai at 12:30 am on October 4 for Seoul. VietJet provided free tickets for the South Korean passenger and their relatives for another Hanoi-Seoul flight when she recovers.

VietJet have advised passengers who suffer from high blood pressure, heart problems or dangerous diseases to inform the carrier when booking tickets so that they are aware of potential problems.
