Vietnam, Mongolia strengthen traditional friendship

Vietnam always treasures its traditional friendship with Mongolia, wishing to lift it to a greater height for the mutual benefit of the two countries, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh told newly-accredited Mongolian Ambassador Dash Bilegdorj during a reception in Hanoi on November 16.

Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh congratulated Mongolia's achievements in its economy and society in the process of national construction and development. He emphasised that cooperation between Vietnam and Mongolia is a traditional friendship cooperation, which has achieved encouraging results.

The Deputy PM expressed his belief that with Ambassador Dash Bilegdorj’s experience and sentiments, he will be successful in his great mission, and endorsed his important role as a bridge to develop friendly relations between the two countries and peoples; affirming that Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs will work closely to create favorable conditions for the Ambassador to fulfill his duties.

Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh sent to Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs D. Tsogtbaatar on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Mongolia (November 17, 1954-2017).

The Mongolian ambassador expressed his gratitude for the reception from the Deputy PM. He also pledged to do his best to further enhance relations between the two countries.
