Two killed, many injured in HCM City traffic accident
A pickup truck crashed into the median strip on a HCM City Street and caused two deaths and three injuries.
The accident happened around midnight on April 20 on Nguyen Huu Canh Street, District 1.

According to some witnesses, the vehicle collided with the median strip. The truck then drove into the opposite lane, colliding with several motorbikes that were waiting at a red light.
Two of the motorbike riders died on the spot, while three injured were hospitalised.
The vehicle also damaged several trees on the street.
Police cordoned off the area for investigation.
The witnesses said that the pickup truck was operated by a man around 35 years old. He was also injured in the accident.
