Concert provides a unique combination of folk music and beatboxing
A concert entitled ‘Nam Nhi’ (Macho) will take place in Hanoi on June 30, entertaining audiences with an interesting music experience by blending folk music and beatboxing.

The music night will star acclaimed musician Ngo Hong Quang and beatboxer Trung Bao – the winner of the World Beatbox Camp 2017. The duo will be accompanied by a string quintet, including two violins, a viola, a cello, and a contrabass.
The artists and instrumentalists will enthral the audience with a pure Vietnamese musical trance – familiar yet strange, old yet new, with popular melodies from the mountainous northern region to the Red River Delta.
During the event, Quang will introduce his newly-composed works from his latest album, which hymns the ancient tunes of Quan Ho (love duet) folk singing of the northern province of Bac Ninh.
Tickets to the event are priced from VND 300,000 to VND 600,000. The concert will open at 8 pm, June 30, at the French Cultural Centre L'Espace, 24 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem district.
