Tourists warned not to bath at Da Nang beaches
Authorities in the central city of Da Nang have warned people not to bath at local beaches following reports about tourists getting rashes after bathing.

According to the local Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the problems started since June 18 and samples have been taken for testing.
While waiting for the test results, people are advised not to bath at Da Nang beaches at this time, the department said.
According to the department, they test the sea water at local beaches every month and the latest test results showed no problem.
Meanwhile, the Da Nang Drainage and Waste Water Treatment Company said that there has been no wastewater discharged into the sea since June 18.
Many people have recently complained that they got rashes and felt itchy after bathing at several beaches in Da Nang including Pham Van Dong, My Khe, T20.
A local woman, Dang Thuy Hang, wrote on her Facebook that she and her 10-year-old daughter felt really itchy after five minutes bathing at the T20 beach on July 2.
"We got out of the water right after that," Hang said. "My daughter then saw eruptions all over and I had to take her to hospital."
According to the management board of Son Tra Peninsular and local people, jellyfish may be the cause as they are usually seen in summer and cause rashes if they come into contact with the skin.
