Man detained for trading tiger cubs
Police in the central province of Nghe An announced on Monday that they had arrested a local man for illegally trading two tiger cubs.
Tuan told the police that he bought two cubs from a strange man in Dien Chau District and was taking them to sell at VND18 million (USD783) to a customer who might use them to cook medicinal tiger glue or soaking in wine for drinks.
Police are further investigating the case.

Lo Van Tuan, 29, was detained while transporting two dead tiger cubs in a car on the evening of March 21.
