Vietnam Global Leaders Forum launched in France

The Vietnam Global Leaders Forum - VGLF 2019 was officially launched in Paris, France on March 30.

The two-day event was co-organised by the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global), and the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global), Nguyen Duc Khuong stressed that Vietnam Global Leaders Forum would gather Vietnamese influential people who were expected to contribute to the development of the country.

"Our country has high potentials for development and leading experts are playing special roles in spreading positive energy to people," he said.

Pham Huy Hoan, editor-in-chief of Dantri Newspaper, will announce and launch the Vietnamese Talent Awards 2019 on the second day of the forum on March 31. He will also introduce the formation and development of the awards in the past 15 years. Vietnamese Talent Awards is a platform for new talents and a contribution to Vietnam's development.

The opening ceremony was held at the Salomon de Rothschild on Saturday. The VGLF 2019 will discuss ways to prepare Vietnamese brands for the international stage. This is the first time a Vietnamese forum with global influence is being held in order to connect Vietnamese talented people all over the world.

Many well-known speakers will attend the event such as Kingsley Aikins, founder of Diaspora Matters. 200 Vietnamese people who have successful careers in many countries will also attend the forum to discuss ways to improve Vietnam brands from agriculture to tourism.
