Hoi An’s cultural and information board admitted the problem, saying that it was not only dangerous for people climbing on houses, but also for the city’s historical sites.

According to the board, young couples mainly use houses at No. 92, 150, 158 and 166 on Tran Phu Street, violating the Law on Heritage.
The board wants to raise public awareness about the issue and if any one tries to violate the regulations, they will be fined.
