Taxi driver accused of child sexual abuse after driving girl to the beach
A taxi driver has been detained after being accused of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl in Nghe An Province.
At 8 pm on August 18, the driver was running on the National Highway 7A when he crashed into two girls less than 13 years old. The local people living nearby then told the driver to take the girls to the hospital. However, the driver dropped off a girl after 300 metres and kept on driving to the beach in Dien Thanh Commune with another girl.
After being reported about the accident, the police in Dien Thanh Commune arrived at the scene and searched for the taxi and the girls but didn't find anyone or anything.
At 10 pm, locals and the police found the taxi at the beach. The girl was admitted to the hospital in a panic attack and injuries from the accident.
The case is under investigation.
