Cold spell forecasted to hit northern region
A cold snap has been predicted to hit northern localities from October 24, according to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
Hanoi would turn cold from tonight
The centre reported that the north would witness downpours and strong winds on the evening of October 23. On October 24, many northern localities and the northern central provinces of Thanh Hoa and Nghe An would face the same weather.
Hanoi would turn cold from Wednesday evening.
Localities from Nghe An to Quang Ngai provinces have been forecasted to have rains with violent winds from October 25.
The Gulf of Tokin would see rough seas caused by extreme winds on October 24-25.
