At around 9 am this morning, two divers Nguyen Phuc Hau and Nguyen Van Lam faced signs of suffocation while recovering the containers.

Immediately, three other divers were sent to save them and they were brought them aboard. At that time, Lam and Hau were both in a coma.

However, some containers suddenly capsized, causing the three to fall into the water and then went missing. Until two hours later, the rescue work was continued but failed to find them.

The three missing are Le Duc Hoa, 33, from Binh Dinh Province; Doan Van Hieu, 36, from Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province and Cao Van Ly, 44, from Kien Giang Province.
