14 patients in Vietnam tested Covid-19 negative

Fourteen Covid-19 patients in Vietnam have tested negative for the SARS-CoV-2 while three others are in critical condition.

According to the Ministry of Health, by this morning, March 24, Vietnam confirmed 123 Covid-19 cases with 17 among those discharged from hospital.

Meanwhile, the remaining 106 others are being treated at 15 medical facilities nationwide. Most of them are in stable health condition without fever. Their lungs are functioning normally.

Fourteen cases have tested negative for between a first and third time.

However, three cases, who are in critical condition, are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi. They have to use ventilator and dialysis.

Two others also have to use ventilators.

Up to 46 patients are staying at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, including 34 Vietnamese and 12 foreigners.

The Ministry of Health has set up a consultation team with 30 senior doctors and experts to seek the best treatment methods for endangered people.
