North to experience another cold spell
A cold snap has been forecasted to affect the northern region from tomorrow evening, March 27, including Hanoi.
According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the cold weather will hit some localities in the northeastern area and then will further spread to many others in the north after that.
Northern mountainous localities have been warned of heavy rains, strong winds and even hail.
The lowest temperatures in the northern region will be around 11-22 degrees centigrade. Mountainous localities will experience lows of 17-19 degrees centigrade.
Hanoi would face heavy rains and strong winds between the evening of March 27 and March 28.
Next month, the northern region would see several light cold spells.
