Director of the hospital, Pham Ngoc Thach, said that all these patients had tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 in at least two latest consecutive tests. Their health has fully recovered and so they were released following regulations from the Ministry of Health.

"They will be quarantined at home for another 14 days," the doctor said.

According to the doctor, Covid-19 patients are tightly quarantined so most of them feel distressed, some don't co-operate for treatment at first.

"Besides the treatment we need to encourage them a lot," the doctor said.

A patient who is a tour guide and got the virus from two British tourists said that he was admitted to the hospital on March 8 feeling very tired.

"I and all other patients here were carefully taken care of both physically and mentally by the doctors," he said. "Gradually I became more optimistic when my condition improved. I want to send my sincere thanks to all the doctors for saving us from the virus."
