Four more Covid-19 patients in Vietnam recover

Four more Covid-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospital on Monday, raising the country’s total number of patients cleared of the virus to 95, according to the Ministry of Health.

The four recovered cases are:

Patient 122 is a 24-year-old woman from the central province of Ha Tinh. She was taken to Danang General Hospital on March 22. She tested negative to Covid-19 three times on March 30, April 1 and 3.

Patient 154 is a 23-year-old woman from the northern province of Quang Ninh’s Ha Long City. She was sent to Can Tho Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Hospital on March 24. She tested negative for the virus three times on March 31, April 1 and 3 and is now in a stable condition.

Patient 117 is a male, 30, Vietnamese, from the southern province of Long An. He was admitted to the Tay Ninh General Hospital on March 22. He tested twice and both results came back negative for SARS-CoV-2 on March 30 and 31.

Patient 118, a 23-year-old woman, from the southern province of An Giang was taken to Tay Ninh General Hospital on March 22. She also received negative test results for Covid-19 for twice on March 30 and 31.

These cases will continue to be quarantined for 14 days to come.

So far, Vietnam has confirmed 245 infection cases, of whom 225 have been reported since March 6.
