Japanese-style hot spring complex opens in Hue
A new Japanese-style hot spring will open in Hue City.
The USD25.7m project started last September. My An Tourism Company worked on construction with management by the Kawara Resort. The signing ceremony was held on May 13.
The resort baths contain minerals are said to be good for high blood pressure, arthritis or skin problems.
This is the second hot spring resort in Hue City, after the Thanh Tan Alba Project in Phong Dien District.
Dang Manh Cuong, director of My An Tourism Company said the resort would diversify tourist products and encourage tourists to stay longer.
The project owners optimistically claim it will attract 600,000 tourists, including 300,000 international tourists. Each guest is expected to spend about VND600,000 (USD25.7). The resort will include a 92 room-hotel, villas, restaurants, springs and conference facilities.
