Vietnam Airlines have officially stopped using the Airbus A330 after 13-year operation of this kind of aircraft

Vietnam Airlines ever ran up to 12 Airbus A330 at the same time, including major air routes such as Hanoi-HCM City, Hanoi/HCM City-Danang, Hanoi-NhaTrang/Phu Quoc and flights to Southeast Asia and East Asia.

Airbus 330 and Boeing 777 will be replaced by new aircraft such as Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 which can help save fuel and maintenance fees as well as reduce 20-25% of exhaust fumes.

At present, Vietnam Airlines have a fleet of 61 narrow-body and 33 wide-body aircraft.
