The carrier will operate two flights per week and the frequency is expected to be raised later based on demand.

The tickets for the route have been sold from Monday on Bamboo Airways’ website available at www.bambooairways.com as well as its ticket agents nationwide.
Bamboo Airways will use Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner for the route.
Dang Tat Thang, general director of Bamboo Airways, said that after the Hanoi- Frankfurt air route, the carrier has planned to expand more flights to Germany, including to Munich and Berlin.
Vu Quang Minh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany, said that Germany and Vietnam have marked the 10th year of diplomatic relations. Germany is among Vietnam’s leading trade partners.
Germany is home to around 200,000 Vietnamese people.
Bamboo Airways plans to run regular flights from Hanoi to London twice weekly from March 22 and from HCM City to Melbourne on March 19 with the same frequency.
