Japan offers scholarships to Vietnamese post graduates

The Japanese Government will provide scholarships for Vietnamese students who will pursue Masters in Public Administration Management (MPAM) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) under the Young Leaders' Program (YLP).

Accepted candidates will be granted a round-trip ticket to and from Japan with accommodation and tuition fees.

Candidates must be Vietnamese citizens who have worked at state-owned enterprises for at least three years. They have to graduate from full-time regular university program’s at good rate or above.

Applicants for MBA program must be under 35 years old and possess TOEFL (paper-based) score of 600 or equivalent and GMAT (if any). Applicants for MPAM must be under 40 years and possess TOEFL (paper-based) score of 550 or equivalent.

Paying students at a Japanese university, those who are under military service, or those who are  pregnant are not eligible.

Candidates can submit their profiles at  or at Overseas Training Department under the Ministry of Education and Training at 21 Le Thanh Tong, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
