The exam will be held over four days, from July 1 to 4.

From this year, students need to take just one national exam, instead of separate high school graduation and university entrance exams.

The results of the national exam will be considered for both the high school graduation and university admissions.

Students will be tested in four subjects, which comprise three compulsory subjects of mathematics, literature and a foreign language, and an optional subject. The optional subjects that the students can choose from are physics, chemistry, biology and history, as well as geography.

The students can take extra tests in other subjects for better chances in getting admission to the university and colleges.

Students have to write constructed answers in the 180-minute mathematics, literature, history and geography tests. There will be 90-minute multiple choice tests in physics, chemistry, biology and foreign languages.
