University launches Ready for Next 2022 programme

University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) will launch a series of scientific and artistic activities as part of the “Ready for Next 2022” programme, which is expected to take place from December 4 to 11.



The scheme titled “Ready to transform for the sustainable development of the community” is expected to attract the participation of a number of local and international universities and organisations.

The highlight of the Ready for Next 2022” programme will be four international seminars that draw the presence of leading scientists, experts, and speakers from more than 15 countries and territories across the globe.

The seminars include “Sustainable University Development: Opportunity and Challenge” (SUDOC), which will take place from December 7 to 10, “ArtTech Fusion 2022” which will run from December 4 to 11, and “A Future Resilience through Smart City Lens” from December 7 to 11, along with “Resilience by Technology and Design 2022” from December 8 to 11.

UEH also plans to launch two hubs connecting domestic and foreign communities with six creative and inspirational activities, along with exhibitions on sustainable development, innovative technology, and smart cities.

Su Dinh Thanh, rector of UEH, hopes that a series of seminars will put forward innovative solutions, and bring the world's multidisciplinary knowledge to Vietnam, thereby contributing to the transition process for sustainable development.
