The project will be conducted in the northern province of Nam Dinh and the Mekong Delta provinces of Soc Trang and Tra Vinh from next month.

The Norwegian Embassy and the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences signed the agreement for the project in Hanoi on Wednesday.
