A new cold spell to hit the Northern Region
A cold spell has been predicted to hit the northern region and cause heavy rains from February 7.
The north will get light to heavy rains since morning. At night, the central coast will have heavy rains. The temperatures in northern mountainous areas will drop to 10-14 degrees and to 14-17 degrees in the delta.
The mainland will have the northeast wind on February 7. The Gulf of Tonkin will have strong cold winds until February 10.
