Heavy rains forecasted for northern region
The northern region will have heavy rain from the evening of May 4, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting also raised warnings of whirlwinds, hail and strong winds as well as flash flooding and landslides in the mountainous region.
The temperatures in the north-eastern provinces will drop slightly on May 5. Rains and heavy rains are also predicted for Hanoi.
