A poor man in Danang City is calling for financial support to help provide medical treatment for his son from after a traffic accident.
Tran Van Dung in Hoa Vang District said that the accident has caused his 19-year old son with a brain injury. Every day, he has to work as a motorbike taxi driver to earn money for paying his son's medical treatment.

Dung said that he has five children, but due to the family's financial difficulties, two of them had to leave school.
His son Tran Van Hung met with the accident in September 2015. Despite overcoming the critical period, he suffered from serious brain injuries which affect his movement ability. Meanwhile, he has also contracted Hepatitis C.
After Hung's accident, his younger sister had to leave school to work to support the family.
The hospital fees and medical treatment for Hung has reached nearly USD3,000 which is a big loan for his family. Doctor said he needs long term and costly treatment.
