DTiNews/Dantri classrooms opened in Ha Giang
>> Work starts on Dantri classrooms in Ha Giang Three classrooms in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang built with financial support from DTiNews/Dantri readers were inaugurated on May 26.
The classrooms are located at Na Quang Village and is part of Bat Dai Son nursery and primary school in Quan Ba District, cost VND675 million (USD30,400).
Built in 1994, the classrooms in Na Quang Village with walls made from packed earth were deteriorating. 44 pupils from local ethnic minority families attend the school.
Many Dantri/DTiNews readers contributed money to help the construction of a new facility.
The three classrooms were the first DTiNews/Dantri-funded classrooms in Ha Giang. This has raised the number of DTiNews/Dantri classrooms to 27 nationwide. DTiNews has also provided financial support to build more than 100 houses for poor people and 13 bridges across the country.
