Husband and wife in critical condition after separate accidents
Tran Thi Thanh in Ha Tinh Province had an accident and suffered from brain injury while shopping for food for her husband who also suffers from a traumatic brain injury.
Cau is bed-bound and has to depend on relatives for daily activities. Unfortunately, Thanh had an accident on May 16 while going out to buy porridge for her husband. She had traumatic brain injury and needed to be operated on immediately. As her condition worsened, Thanh was transferred to Vietnam-Germany Hospital in Hanoi for another operation.
"My mother hasn't woke up yet. Doctors said her injury was serious and needed to be monitored. No one in my family is working. My grandparents are nearly 90 years old and have to take care of my father at home," Thang said.
