Son calls for help for terminally-ill father
A university student from Ha Nam Province is in need of help to treat his father who is suffering from stomach cancer.
"My mother has borrowed money from everywhere we could think of. We can't borrow money anymore so my father has to stay home. But without treatment, he'll die," Khanh said.
Khanh has to find jobs to support his studies and family since his mother does farm work for little income and can't afford both the hospital charges and tuition fees. However, Khanh's salary is not enough for even one of his father's trips to hospital.
Vu Van The, head of Village 3, said, "Khanh is a good boy. He once told me that he would try to find even more work to earn money. I'm worried about him since he still needs to finish his study."
"I'm happy as long as I have my father with me so I'll work harder," Khanh said.

Nguyen Minh Khanh is the third-year student at Hanoi Architectural University. Khanh's father, Nguyen Manh Hung, was diagnosed with cancer last year and has gone through six radiotherapy sessions."My mother has borrowed money from everywhere we could think of.
