When Dan was 12 years old, he experienced severe bellyaches. He was then diagnosed with bowel obstruction and had to undergo an urgent surgery. After that, he faced seven other surgeries due to the disease.

Besides, Dan has been diagnosed with arachnoid cyst, which led to four operations. Recently, this rare disease has relapsed, so he has had to be hospitalised again.

According to doctors, Dan would have to take some more surgeries due to arachnoid cyst. This would cost his family hundreds of millions of VND.

Over the past 20 years, Dan was sent to many hospitals and underwent 13 operations. As a result, his family has incurred big debt.
