Gold Nguyen Dynasty items exhibited in Hue
More than 80 items featuring the dragons and phoenixes from the Nguyen Dynasty are being displayed at an exhibition in Hue City.
Besides office items such as gold pen holder and seal, there are also many items used in daily lives made from silver and gemstones. Most of the items have dragons and phoenixes details, the symbol for the kings and queens.
The items have high historical and cultural value, showing off the craftsmanship of the time. The organisers also released a book about dragon and phoenix items of Nguyen Dynasty which contains the images and information of each item.
The exhibition will be opened from September 7 to December 5.
