Hosted by the German Business Association (GBA) in collaboration with the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel, the two-day festival is expected to be the biggest ever Oktoberfest held in the city with the participation of 2,500 guests.

To revive the utmost authentic atmosphere of the original festival in Munich, a specially designed tent will be set up on the spacious grass area of the JW Marriott.

The event, which will start from 6pm until midnight, will be completed with famous German specialities and premium imported German brews.

In addition, authentic Bavarian music from the band Anton Showband will keep the party rocking through the nights.

The GBA also hosts a similar festival in Ho Chi Minh City at the Windsor Plaza Hotel each year, which attracts more than 15,000 people.

Oktoberfest in Ho Chi Minh City is ranked among the Top 10 Oktoberfests outside of Germany, according to Reuters.
