Hanoi\'s biggest Halloween party at the West Lake Water Park, raising approximately VND 300 million (USD 15,000) and 5 tonnes of goods for flood victims in central Quang Binh Province.

The “Ghosts and Devils Meeting” drew 5,000 students from universities and colleges in Hanoi. They set up ghoulish scenes around the park. Under the dim light, ghosts and devils prowled around, bringing thrilling experiences for visitors. The haunted house atmosphere was a hit as Hanoi celebrated Halloween for charity.
