Football fans queue up for Vietnam-Thailand AFF Cup Final

Hundreds of people queued at the Vietnamese Football Federation’s headquarters in Hanoi for tickets for the first leg of the final against Thailand.
The match is scheduled to take place at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi at 7.30 pm on January 13.
Vietnam and Thailand will then clash in the second leg at Thammasat Stadium in Thailand at 7.30 pm on January 16.

This morning, January 12, crowds gathered at the headquarters of the Vietnamese Football Federation (VFF) on Le Quang Dao Street, Nam Tu Liem District, to get their tickets which had been booked online earlier. Many people waited up to four hours. Each person is allowed to only buy four tickets.
Ticket prices range from VND400,000 (USD16) to VND1 million (USD42). The tickets were sold out online within several hours.
People were asked to stand in lines to ensure the order.
Security officers were also on duty.
Lots of people resold their tickets to others at higher prices right after receiving them.
Vu Thi Lien from Bac Giang Province said that it took her two and a half hours to wait for her tickets.
My Dinh National Stadium is expected to be full at the match. This will be Coach Park Hang-Seo's last tournament with the Vietnamese team.
