Many parents in the Mekong Delta region are too busy to stop their children playing in dangerous flood waters.
Along the provincial roads hardest hit by the flood, children can be seen in boats, without proper supervision.

According to a report from the Central Steering Board for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control, by November 1 the flood have killed 69 people in the Mekong Delta, most are children.
