Homeless people struggle through Hanoi cold night

Many homeless people tried to avoid the wind and the cold under the pedestrian overpasses and street corners as temperatures in Hanoi dropped to under 10 degrees at night.

According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, additional cold air arrived in Vietnam on January 10 and affected the northern region. The temperatures were around 8-10 degrees.
