New Hai Duong Covid-19 field hospital opens
The third field hospital for Covid-19 patients in Hai Duong Province has been completed at Sao Do University in Chi Linh City.
The field hospital was completed on February 7 after seven days. The university was in a bad shape when it was turned into a field hospital. It was later repainted, reinforced and has new titles as well as improved water and drainage systems. An outdoor staircase was also built to better screen the patients and avoid cross-infection inside the hospital.
Banners about preventive measures are decorated throughout the hospital. With 236 beds at the new hospital, Hai Duong now has a total of 900 beds for Covid-19 patients.
