15-year-old glass-bone patient Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh, who is confined to a wheelchair, amazed audience of the Vietnam’s Got talent show in an episode broadcast on February 26 with her professional and cute singing.

The 10th-graded student from Hanoi’s Viet Duc High School cheered up the atmosphere and made audiences and the jury dance along with her singing as she sang the song “Let’s Dance” - originally sung by American singer Miley Cyrus.

After the young girl finished her performance, the audience got extremely excited and even asked her for more songs.

“The best performance of the day,” former model Thuy Hanh, a member of the jury commented. “You know what, when you sing, your face lightens up the whole stage. I love looking you in the eyes when you’re singing.”

“If you were an acupuncturist, your needles had touched the hearts of everybody here. You revive our hearts.” actor Thanh Loc, another judge added.

Behind the stage, Phuong Anh’s mother cried.

“You were born to be on stage, to perform and to bring people happy moments, and I think with your invitation of “let’s dance,” nobody can stay till,” the remaining and the most hard-to-please judge and musician Huy Tuan said.

She was therefore selected to attend the semi-final round.

49 best performances were picked up for this round from 140 short-listed performances.
