HCMC- Solo Exhibition “Poetic Amnesia” by Phan Thao Nguyen

The Factory Contemporary Arts Centre, 15 Nguyen U Di, Thao Dien, District 2.

An exhibition realized during Phan Thao Nguyen's time spent participating in the Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative as a protégé in visual arts to acclaimed American performance and video artist Joan Jonas.

HCMC- Duo show ‘Figures, forms, contraptions’ by Thy Tran and Regis Golay

Dia Projects, Ground Floor, Saigon Domaine, 1057 Binh Quoi Street, Ward 28, Binh Thanh District

In "Figures, forms, contraptions", Thy’s work occupies the larger gallery space, with each picture wall-mounted. Some photos give a stronger association than others, but they can only be individually viewed.

Meanwhile, Regis’ exhibit is much more unified. Videos play in loops, on screens of various sizes, grouped together on one wall—an animated collage, contrasting the solitude of Thy’s people with Regis’ unified mechanisms.
