The consumer price index (CPI) in November rose 0.39 percent against last month, representing a year-on-year increase of 19.38 percent, the General Statistics Office (GSO) announced on Nov. 24.
Hanoi's CPI in November increased by 0.29% against last month and 18.49% over the same period last year, the Hanoi Statistics Office announced.
